On the premise of satisfying the ergonomic indoor floor height design, the overall height of the house also does not affect the natural lighting of the building's own floors, and moderate natural lighting can have a positive impact on people's mental and emotional well-being. In addition, the design of the lamp shade and the humane arrangement of the light control, so that you are no longer "bright light" stimulation. For the [ARTLAND PSM] which is applied for a public facility, the surface layer is made of the steel and aluminum alloy metal material, and the decorative finish is coated and baked by the AM BioCote antibacterial powder, its antibacterial effect is up to 95%; a globally recognized antibacterial technology solution is provided by the BioCote, the natural and safe antibacterial technology of silver ions is used, the number of bacteria is reduced with completely efficient and continuous action throughout the product life cycle for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; its technical solutions are mainly applied in the hospitals, nursing homes, schools and other places with the special requirements for the health and hygiene, such as all the wall systems for some well-known operating room apply the BioCote antibacterial technology.

ARTLAND PSM uses Fresnel optical lens texture design to let light pass through multiple refractions and reflections to release uniform and natural good light. The light-emitting grating is also an air inlet, the excellent heat dissipation function enables the LED chip to carry out a 3000-hour light attenuation test without attenuation, and the service life of the light source can reach as high as 30000 hours. The light source is hidden at a distance of 40mm from the light-emitting grid, and it is impossible to see the lamp except looking up vertically. the core key word of Intelligence is considerate, which is careful understanding to put yourself in the user's shoes, so that users feel comfortable and satisfied.

PSM automatically controls the room to keep a constant temperature with the environment. When you enter the house, the room is already in a constant temperature and comfortable state.  When it is detected that you enter the house, the low-power fan is automatically started to take a breath, and basically no fan noise interferes with you;  When you leave, the ventilation fan will stop working after a delay of 30 seconds. If the lighting is still on, it will automatically turn off.  Whether lighting is needed or not is up to the user to decide, and it is turned on when needed and turned off when not needed.
